  • Coordinate with designers to format content in required templates.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support activities by communicating issues effectively within the organization.
  • Support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
