Job Summary

  • The role involves leading placement initiatives for trainees and ensuring strong industry absorption through organizing campus drives, interviews, and placement events, managing dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks.
  • We seek an individual to build partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across sectors, including Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech.
  • Responsibilities include onboarding corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations, designing proposals, MoUs, and frameworks tailored to corporate needs.
  • The individual will represent us at networking events, support business development by generating B2B opportunities, executive education leads, and consulting projects.
  • The role also includes conducting resume workshops, mock GD/PI, and industry talks, connecting trainees with mentors and alumni, and gathering employer feedback to refine curriculum and placement preparation.
