Job Title:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our data engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Handling: We require someone with extensive experience in managing teams to lead our data engineering team.
  • ETL / Data Integration Tools: Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica BDM, Informatica IDQ, and cloud-based services like Informatica Cloud Services and SnapLogic is essential.
  • Databases: You should have hands-on experience with various databases including Oracle, Netezza, Snowflake, Azure SQL, and Hive.
  • Data Warehouse & BI: Familiarity with DAC (Data Warehouse Administrative Console), Qlik, and OBIEE is required.
  • Cloud & Migration: Experience in cloud migration and SaaS-to-Oracle SQL migration is desirable.
  • Programming & Optimization: Advanced SQL skills and expertise in performance tuning, query optimization are must-haves.
  • Scheduling & Automation: Knowledge of Automic, Query Surge, and Jitterbit for scheduling and automation tasks is necessary.
  • Leadership & Delivery: Strong leadership skills with experience in offshore/onshore team management, L2/L3 support, peer reviews, release management, and client communication.

Requirements:

  • At least 14 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
