Job Title: Frontend Developer

The company is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join their team.

As a key member of the product engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a cross-platform desktop app using Electron and JavaScript/TypeScript.

You will develop intelligent frontend workflows using React, TypeScript, and CSS3, and collaborate with design and product to deliver pixel-perfect UIs.

Your expertise in tackling performance bottlenecks and shipping stable, fast features will be crucial in delivering high-quality products to clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, with a strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, and React. Experience building desktop apps at scale and knowledge of MERN stack and Python-based backends (Flask, Celery) are also highly valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain our client's cross-platform desktop app (Electron + JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Develop intelligent frontend workflows using React, TypeScript, and CSS3.
  • Ship cross-platform (Windows & macOS) builds using Electron.
  • Collaborate with design and product to deliver pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Tackle performance bottlenecks and ship stable, fast features.
  • Participate in product and architecture decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product engineering.
  • 1-2 years of deep experience with Electron and desktop development.
  • Strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, React.
  • Experience building desktop apps at scale.
  • Experience with MERN stack and Python-based backends (Flask, Celery) is a plus.
