">About the Position
We seek a proactive and data-driven analyst to contribute to our team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience using social media listening tools to uncover trends, decode consumer conversations, and translate data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for end-to-end reporting, analysis, and storytelling across various industries such as streaming, fashion, QSR, and gaming.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of recurring digital and social media reports with focus on consumer behavior and content trends.
  • Interpret conversation data to extract meaningful insights about consumer needs, sentiment, and preferences.
  • Draft structured, insight-rich narratives aligned to business goals and audience priorities.
  • Validate tagging, queries, and data outputs completed by junior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve frameworks, dashboards, and storytelling approaches.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to optimize the value of insights across brand teams.
  • Assist with metadata tagging, taxonomy validation, and dataset curation as needed.
  • Support ad hoc research or POC requests with relevant consumer/contextual analysis.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics, social media intelligence, or consumer insights.
  • Must have hands-on experience with at least one social listening tool such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of KPIs like engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and content format.
  • Proven track record in storytelling using PowerPoint and Excel-based dashboards.
  • Understanding of digital consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and content performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a business reporting context.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and organized under tight timelines.

  • Boolean query writing experience.
  • Exposure to entertainment, sports, fashion, QSR, or lifestyle categories.
  • Familiarity with platform metadata, brand taxonomy, or post tagging frameworks.
