A leading provider of cutting-edge billing solutions seeks a highly skilled professional to join their team as an experienced billing specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amdocs CES Billing System, including Customer Billing Product (CBP) and its subcomponents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of postpaid billing, prepaid billing, CDR processing, rating, discounting, bill generation, invoicing, payments, collections, adjustments, and journaling.
- Utilize technical skills to optimize billing configuration for product offers, rate plans, account hierarchies, and billing cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute billing cycle execution, job scheduling, and financial transaction processing.
- Apply system design and development principles to drive innovation in large-scale billing environments.
- Provide expert-level service management within IT/Telco operations settings, focusing on incident and problem management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices by leveraging exposure to other OSS/BSS systems such as Amdocs CRM, Ordering, Mediation, and optionally Prepaid/Charging systems.
- Work effectively with UNIX/Linux systems, demonstrate strong familiarity with SQL, Oracle databases, and possess working knowledge of WebLogic/Web Servers.
- Exercise proficient incident and service request handling, from triage to resolution, within agreed SLA timelines.
- Display comfort when working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, particularly when delivering services to international telecom operators.
- Deliver services across all locations.
