Job Title:

Executive Administrator Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator Lead to support our Centre of Excellence Head. This is a full-time, hybrid contract role that involves strategic planning, special project management, and daily operations oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel content programs across web, app, email, and social platforms.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets effectively.
  • Reward Agile workflows for content operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain editorial quality standards by enforcing style guides, conducting QA checklists, and performing compliance reviews.
  • Negotiate with vendors and freelancers to optimize SLAs and cost efficiency.
  • Present weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills are essential.
  • A strong background in content creation, curation, editing, and content management is required.
  • Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations and internal/vendor communications.
  • Ability to streamline processes and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work on-site in the designated location is necessary.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is preferable.
