Senior SAP Functional Configuration Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Onboarding Consultant to provide functional and technical support for an ongoing SAP Onboarding 2.0 implementation.
Responsibilities:- Provide functional and technical support for SAP Onboarding (ONB) implementation efforts.
- Perform ONB 2.0 configuration tasks using structured workbooks under the direction of the ONB Lead.
- Assist in test planning and execution during the project lifecycle.
- Document all configurations, test cases, and support findings in accordance with project documentation standards.
- Ensure alignment with related SAP modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and issue resolution, particularly involving third-party tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience (Consultant Level - E2)
- Proven expertise in SAP Onboarding 2.0 configuration and support.
- Previous experience with Onboarding migration from 1.0 to 2.0
- Minimum 2 successful ONB 2.0 project implementations
- Familiarity with SAP Recruiting Module and Employee Central.
- Basic knowledge of third-party system integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).
- Strong documentation and testing skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with global project teams.
