Job Title:

Strategic Talent Solutions Manager

As a Strategic Talent Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional staffing solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored staffing strategies that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Manage a diverse pool of consultants, vendors, and partners to achieve high fill rates and reduce time-to-fill cycles.
  • Oversee the entire consultant lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to engagement, extension, and redeployment.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including time-to-fill improvements, utilization rates, redeployment success rates, and retention levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in staff augmentation / workforce deployment, with a proven track record of success in APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reducing average time-to-fill cycles, driving high utilization and redeployment metrics, and successfully managing multi-regional staffing programs.
  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is an added advantage.
