Supply Chain Planning Consultant

Our organization is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Consultant to help clients optimize their supply chain operations.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.

Key responsibilities include understanding business challenges and supply chain requirements through collaboration with clients, leading discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications, and presenting customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse aligned with client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities also include developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, creating proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities, working closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements, guiding best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization, serving as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery, supporting sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during pre-sales, delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery, maintaining clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency, providing post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions, and collecting feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
