Senior Provident Fund Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable senior professional to manage end-to-end operations related to employee provident fund (EPF) for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EPF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.

  • Manage EPF challan generation processes.
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions.
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for EPF operations.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports.
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in EPF Trust or payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities

As a Senior Provident Fund Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of EPF operations. This includes generating challans, reconciling accounts, responding to queries, and preparing statutory reports. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and employees.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a strong understanding of the EPF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.

  • 1-2 years of experience in EPF Trust or payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
