Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our organization in the role of Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support for systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • System & User Support
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
Networking & Infrastructure Support
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
Server & Application Management
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
Cloud Security and Compliance
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational IT security policies and international standards.
  • Assist with internal and external IT audits.
