Job Title: Architect

 

This role involves conceptualizing and designing interior spaces that provide functionality, aesthetics, and a sense of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, 3D visualization techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors. They should possess strong knowledge of software such as Autocad, Sketchup, and Enscape, and be proficient in creating detailed drawings and high-quality renders.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
  • 0-3 years of experience in interior design or architecture

 

In this position, you will work on various projects, from residential and commercial interior design to restaurant and bar design. You will develop design layouts, create mood boards and presentations, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to bring the project to life. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs and expectations.

 

To succeed in this role, you should possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. You must also be able to select materials effectively and produce high-quality results under tight deadlines.
