Investment Manager Opportunity

We are establishing a specialized fund in Dubai, targeting consistent opportunities across international markets. The fund will operate under a licensed and compliant structure, using advanced analytics and execution frameworks to deliver stable returns.

As an Investment Manager, you will contribute capital as a partner-investor, lead the fund's strategy & compliance alignment, oversee portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting.

\

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.\
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.\
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.\
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.\
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Candidate Profile:

\

Background in investment management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations. Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.

\

Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.

\

Open to being based in Dubai or frequent travel to DIFC/ADGM.
