The Infrastructure Investment Team seeks a highly skilled professional to contribute to the analysis and pursuit of investment opportunities in the infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Deal Opportunity Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities, considering market dynamics and regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive financial models tailored to infrastructure investments, incorporating nuanced factors related to debt, tax, and other considerations.
- Evaluate and Assess: Evaluate each deal and assess whether it aligns with the fund's investment framework.
Deal Pursuit and Structuring: Identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy, taking into account the unique characteristics of infrastructure transactions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and refine investment strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
