- We contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
- We review claim status, resolve denials or rejections, and escalate unresolved issues.
- We understand insurance guidelines, CPT codes, and denial reason codes.
- We document call details and update the system with proper status.
- We meet daily call volume and productivity targets.
As an AR Caller, your primary focus will be on contacting insurance companies to collect payments and resolve any discrepancies. This involves reviewing claim status, resolving denials or rejections, and escalating unresolved issues to the relevant parties.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of insurance guidelines, including CPT codes and denial reason codes. They are also detail-oriented and able to accurately document call details and update the system with proper status.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:- Education: Any graduate (Life Sciences or Healthcare background preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years in AR Calling or Pre-auth in US Healthcare
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Familiarity with US healthcare terminologies and claim cycle
- Knowledge of payer portals, insurance processes, and billing workflows
- Hands-on experience with EHR/RCM systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, EPIC, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Goal-driven, with a focus on collections and approvals turnaround
