Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AR Collector to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Pursue and collect outstanding payments from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and improve cash flow.
  • Identify trends and optimize collection strategies for long-term business success.
