Our company relies heavily on online sales channels to generate revenue. To support these channels, we need a skilled professional to design and develop visually appealing dashboards that provide business owners with valuable insights.

This role requires collaboration with external team leads to ensure reporting and analytics requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data from multiple sources and be able to mine data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product manager to identify opportunities to improve existing dashboards
  • Work directly with sales channel business owners to identify, report, track and deliver reporting requirements
  • Design and develop visually appealing reports and dashboards that meet senior leadership's expectations
  • Be a subject matter expert for Tableau visualization best practices and solutions
  • Mine data from various sources to provide insights that drive business decisions
  • Partner with internal and external teams to resolve chronic issues impacting online sales metrics

Key qualifications for this role include:

Technical Experience:

  • 5+ years as a Tableau developer with advanced level expertise
  • Experience using Python, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Stitch, DataStage, Tableau, Informatica, Spotfire or similar BI tools
  • Fluency with SQL and experience working with structured data

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong team-oriented spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
