Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior-level staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical and administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete various clerical and administrative tasks for senior-level staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Answer emails and phone calls professionally and promptly, ensuring that all communications are handled with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with business tasks such as preparing meeting materials and agendas, typing reports, and formatting documents.
  • Maintain official records, enter data, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience assisting senior officials.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English (and Hindi preferred).
  • Well-versed in administrative processes and professional etiquette.
  • Retired officials from Govt./PSU with relevant experience are also eligible.
