Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions to enhance KPIs and operational metrics while reducing costs.
  • Support the Intelligent Support Solutions (ISS) team with business data and insights, and document requirements. Collaborate with the GSS Analytics Service Owner to develop back-end foundation and capability improvements for report automation.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with the GSS Analytics Service Owner, Process Owners, and IT teams.
  • Analyze business processes in support of systems changes in GSS systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and other Service and Warranty tools.
  • Document business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Work with business users and technical project managers to develop and clarify requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and system design.
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defining test scenarios, securing testers, and managing execution.
  • Assist with change management activities, including coordinating training and communication.
  • Develop and maintain reports on Salesforce and SAP.
  • Collaborate with SSI Data Analysts on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Collaborate with Global Contact Center Knowledge Operations and Support Engineers on content improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Power BI, Salesforce, SAP reporting expertise.
    • Data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance analysis skills.
    • Self-service and assistant data insights abilities.
    • Data issue identification and resolution skills.
    • Business process analysis for system changes knowledge.
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
    • Process documentation and identifying and supporting automation opportunities expertise.
