**Job Title:** Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

 

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data.

  • Review and manage project-specific documents, including CRFs and e-filing initiatives.
  • Prepare project-specific documents, such as data management plans and user acceptance testing protocols.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including CDA and Project Managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain robust database designs, perform procedure verification, and conduct data validation activities.
  • Process and track Data Clarification Forms, update clinical databases, and conduct manual data listings.
  • Assist in maintaining audit-ready documentation and support training programs for subordinates.
  • Provide backup support for the Data Manager and assist in preparing and reviewing departmental SOPs.
  • Ensure SOP compliance in project deliverables and perform basic QC functions.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical data coordination or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
