Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and optimize customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform.

This role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web) and be familiar with data streaming to external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain campaigns in Braze
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs
  • Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements
  • Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance
  • Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Familiarity with data streaming to external platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
