Growth Program Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for navigating the growth trajectory of our organization. This involves identifying data patterns and turning them into actionable insights that drive meaningful impact.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with experience in leading business data analysis across various departments. You will be expected to build dashboards to track key performance indicators such as website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting market research, building mini-strategies for growth experiments, and preparing concise reports for leadership decision-making. Additionally, they should be well-versed in sales enablement and operations, owning CRM automations, managing sales reporting and dashboards, supporting sales enablement, and identifying process improvements for sales efficiency.

As a project and program manager, you will act as the lead for strategic initiatives, creating project plans, setting timelines, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
