Job Title: Software Engineering Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced software engineering professional to join our team as an Application Developer I. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation strategies aligned with CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect end-to-end automation frameworks (UI, API, Performance, Security) using modern tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, Karate, K6, JMeter, Postman, Cucumber, etc.
  • Select and implement test data management strategies and integrate with mock/stub services to ensure high-quality testing.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for efficient deployment.
  • Design and implement parallel execution and containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalability and reliability.
  • Develop AI/ML-driven test automation and self-healing test scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Establish test metrics and reporting dashboards using Allure, Grafana, Kibana, or custom reporting frameworks to track performance.
  • Define best practices for performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing to ensure a secure and user-friendly product.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide training for QA engineers to maintain high standards.
