Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to collaborate with our team. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and a passion for visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

\

This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360 and contribute to the creation of interactive eLearning modules.

\

You will be part of a close-knit team that works on various projects, including corporate films, Ads, music videos, and more. Our team is currently working with established firms for 2-D explainer videos on ongoing projects for multiple countries and languages.

  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.\
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).\
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.\
  • Learn and gradually contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.\
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.\
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.\
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.\
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.\
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.\
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.\
  • Good communication and time management skills.\
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.\
