Job Description

As a senior finance leader, you will play a key role in driving business growth and transformation through the adoption of advanced technologies. Our team is looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex finance and accounting projects, develop strategic relationships with clients, and drive innovation in our products and services.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive change management initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale finance and accounting projects, developing strategic relationships with clients, and driving innovation in our products and services. They will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members, identifying training requirements, and performing regular evaluations of team performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading complex finance and accounting blueprints with multiple countries and regions in scope
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Providing sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise
  • Leading business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of sales cycle
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives to improve client experience and increase revenue
  • Refining accounts payable (AP) process data repository as part of knowledge management framework
