Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with teams to drive alignment on operational goals and ensure seamless execution of processes
  • Recommend industry best practices in shop floor operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and emerging trends
  • Design and deliver training sessions for staff on improved processes and tools, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development
  • Monitor, track, and report progress to stakeholders regularly, providing actionable insights for data-driven decision making
Requirements
  • Prior experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in production planning and shop floor processes is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful outcomes and meeting performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications or postgraduate qualifications in business administration or a related field can be advantageous
