Director of Brand Strategy & Development

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Brand Strategy & Development to lead our brand efforts in India.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market and be able to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that balances global equity with unique positioning in India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and owning a composite brand strategy that supports multiple academic programs, partnerships, and audiences.
  • Building a scalable brand architecture that maintains brand guidelines and governance frameworks across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Designing and managing large-scale influencer marketing campaigns with high-authority influencers, education YouTubers, and subject-matter experts.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 10–12 years in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles — ideally in education, youth brands, omni-channel (offline and online) brands targeting Gen Z audiences.
  • First-hand experience building brands in the Indian market through brand positioning, messaging, and effective customer segmentation.
  • Demonstrated success in building and launching new brands, including ATL/BTL, digital, and experiential marketing.
  • Proven experience driving large-scale impact through influencer campaigns, content marketing, and digital storytelling.
