Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process during software development. This includes managing a team of testers and working closely with developers to ensure that software products meet defined quality standards before release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test strategies and develop automation frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.
  • Monitor metrics and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and prepare risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve quality and efficiency, including creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools, including proficiency with automation and testing tools such as Selenium and BDD frameworks.
  • Experience using test management and bug-tracking tools, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins.
  • Analytical and leadership abilities, including strong analytical skills for identifying defects, tracking metrics, and interpreting big-data testing results.
