Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our testing efforts in the Financial Services domain. This is a challenging opportunity for a talented professional who can demonstrate expertise in manual and automated testing, quality assurance, and test management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient testing processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Conduct regular status updates and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in manual and automated testing, including scripting languages such as Python or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Appium.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
