Job Title: Senior Automation Test Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for automation testing to make a significant impact.

About the Role:
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer to lead our automation testing efforts. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test cases using various tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure optimal performance and coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing
  • Extensive knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Strong programming skills in Java and proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG
  • Experience with API testing and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
