Lead Store Operations Manager

Ensure the efficient day-to-day management of store operations, overseeing a team of staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1.Organize all store activities, allocate tasks, and supervise staff to achieve business objectives
2.Develop strategies for improving store performance through effective leadership and guidance

3.Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and service

4.Manage stock levels, purchases, and inventory control systems to minimize losses and optimize resources

5.Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and maintaining a positive reputation for the store

6.Monitor store conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

7.Design and execute in-store promotions, displays, and events to drive sales and engagement

8.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions

9.Analyze sales data, revenue reports, and market research to make informed forecasts and adjust store strategies accordingly

10.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
