Artist Management Role

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Artist Manager to join our team. As an Artist Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with influencers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in artist/influencer management. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the music industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Influencer Management: Work with influencers to coordinate content creation, ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, and maintain relationships with key talent.
  • Content Review: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Talent Scheduling: Manage talent schedules and availability to ensure alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media trends and their application in influencer marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with talent.
