Senior Structural Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Structural Engineering Manager to oversee our structural engineering and BIM projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage the Structural Engineering & BIM Team: Oversee multiple projects and guide a team of engineers and modelers.
  • Review and Guide Structural Drawings: Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.
  • Mentor and Train Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and BIM modelers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering: A degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
  • Experience in Structural Engineering and BIM: Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Strong Knowledge of Structural Design Principles: Proficiency in structural design principles, building codes, and standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models is also essential. We value a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
