Job Purpose:

The Business Operations Associate facilitates order processing, scheduling, and resolution to ensure successful completion of the signing experience.

  • Handles order placement and scheduling as needed.
  • Enters data from emailed orders into The Closing Exchange production application.
  • Ensures clients are informed about order status and inquiries.
  • Initial point of contact for incoming emails and chats from clients and signing agents.
  • Facilitates vendor assignment to clients for received orders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure assigned vendors meet or exceed client requirements.
  • Work with multiple customers and accounts simultaneously.
  • Display professionalism in communication and interaction with team members and clients.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year professional work experience preferred. Experience in dispatch, vendor management, or customer service a plus.

  • Excellent English language written/verbal communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with others as part of a team.
