About this Role:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled visual storyteller with expertise in graphic design, able to bring fresh ideas and concepts to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concept Development: Develop innovative branding concepts for marketing materials, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create high-quality graphics for various platforms, including print and digital media, while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Design Innovation: Stay informed about current industry standards, social media, competitive landscapes, and market trends to incorporate cutting-edge design techniques into projects.
  • Conceptualization: Create branding logos, brochures, banners, and marketing collaterals that capture the essence of our brand identity.
  • Retail Store Design: Design store interiors, exteriors, signage, layout plans, and merchandising props that create an immersive user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the design team, providing feedback and input to deliver effective design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Aesthetic Sensitivity: Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
