About the Company - House of Anita Dongre is looking for a Graphic Designer in the Marketing team for AD - Couture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute creative concepts for branding and marketing materials.Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including print and digital media.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsConceptualization for Brand Imaging - Conceptualizing & designing branding-logo, brochure, banners for social media / marketing & advertising collaterals.Designing all retail stores-interiors, exteriors, signage, layout plans, merchandising props etcProvide innovative, user-centered, information and visual design recommendations that contribute to an enhanced user experience for the million's of users.Mentor and manage design team; providing feedback and input that assists in delivering most effective design solutionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Interested candidate can share their cv and portfolio on
