Agile Project Coordinator

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of agile software development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in conjunction with team members.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders through regular status updates and reports.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to implement quality standards and processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years as an Agile Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and certifications like CSM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
