Senior Test Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Principal QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance strategy and drive product excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, leading manual and automated testing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, focusing on automation, performance, and accessibility testing.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in QA, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Leverage expertise in Cypress & TypeScript for UI automation, Postman for API testing, and K6 for performance testing.
  • Promote CI/CD test integration and accessibility standards using Wave and AudioEye tools.
  • Explore AI-first testing approaches to minimize reliance on manual test scripts.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, and Postman.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
