Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead multiple projects from initiation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Develop and maintain project reports, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct site visits, and identify critical issues to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Proactively support and manage the project plan/team to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion.
  • Billing and Payment: Process billing and payment as per terms to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure handing over of projects meets client satisfaction standards.
  • Issue Management: Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points within the designated period and follow up on retention amounts.
  • Site Visits and Reporting: Conduct site visits for new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the tender team.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cost Control: Effectively manage costs to meet project budget requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Client Communication: Timely raise client bills as per terms and follow up on client payments.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow projections for each project and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Present regular reports in weekly meetings and conduct project audits versus actual reconciliation to ensure accuracy and transparency.
