Job Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Role:
  • Provide technical assistance to support the wider business with reporting, including testing and maintenance of their software and implementing IT systems and applications.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and various Linux O/S.
  • E nsure all tickets worked include the problem, the solution, the end user, initiation and completion time, and end user satisfaction.
  • Maintain systems and processes within IT.
  • Assist the Helpdesk function of the wider group.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Helpdesk role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Proficient English speaking skills.
  • Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS.
  • Remote Support.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • A strong understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience is desirable but not essential.
