Job Title : MS Dynamics Developer


Job Description : We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, as well as proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and clarify requirements from business stakeholders.
- Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Lead the low-level design and development of new features.
- Implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET and JavaScript.
- Ensure best practices in CRM architecture, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics CRM.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


Required Skills :

- D365 & CRM Expertise : Strong experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Development Skills : Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

- CRM Architecture : Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and data models.

- Integration & Customization : Experience with REST APIs, Power Automate, and third-party integrations.

- Certification : At least two Microsoft Dynamics certifications.


Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with Azure services and DevOps pipelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
