We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offline Marketing Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive offline marketing plans aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Develop quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Event Management & Execution

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, activations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with admissions teams to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective offline marketing materials.
  • Align offline efforts with digital marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
  • Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
