Outreach Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Admissions Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with undergraduate colleges, driving student engagement, and promoting our PGDM program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with undergraduate colleges in assigned cities.
• Represent the institution at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
• Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students.
• Generate and nurture leads by promoting the institution's PGDM program.
• Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
• Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
• Travel within the city and occasionally outside for outreach events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
• Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language) are required.
• Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach are essential.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferably in Management/Marketing/Education is preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement are desired traits.
