Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in BPO Operations Team handling, customer service, people management)
  • Strong people management experience, verbal communication, and listening skills.

  • Team Engagement - Organizes activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Problem Solving - Breaks down simple problems, identifies potential solutions, and takes action to resolve the issue.
  • Performance Metrics & Interpretation- Interprets data and communicates findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication - Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey unique needs to different audiences.
