Lead QA Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced team lead to guide our QA engineers in designing and executing automated tests for telecom software solutions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers to drive high-quality delivery through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and define effective test strategies for telecom applications.
  • Design and implement comprehensive API test suites utilizing tools like Postman.
  • Lead mobile test automation efforts using Appium, ensuring cross-platform coverage for Android and iOS devices.
  • Analyze and report test results; ensure defects are documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud-based test environments, and ISTQB certifications is highly valued.
