Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the financial performance of organizations, assessing their creditworthiness from a credit rating agency perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements to determine organizational performance and trend analysis.
• Review credit rating reports and communicate findings to rating agencies.
• Conduct annual surveillance by analyzing data, comparing it with past data, and explaining results to all relevant stakeholders.
• Organize meetings and provide information as required, validating rating rationales and press releases.
• Analyze and structure direct assignment transactions, including trustee-related information and coordination.
• Participate in public and private placements of NCD issuances and other borrowings from a credit rating perspective.
• Maintain data related to rating contracts, fees, and dealings with credit rating agencies.
• Update MIS/track sheets relating to rating details and share updates with internal stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
