Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Founders Office located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves supporting the company's founders with strategic planning, project management, and administrative tasks.

Daily tasks include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
