Leadership Role in Hospitality Management

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to take on the role of General Manager Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our upscale hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing premium properties and will be able to lead by example, inspiring a high-performance culture within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the hotel's vision and financial goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Lead overall operations and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective measures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
    • At least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Resident Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Commercially astute with sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
    • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
