Python Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Django Backend Technical Lead to spearhead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  1. Lead the development of backend systems using Django.
  2. Design and implement scalable and secure APIs.
  3. Integrate Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management.
  4. Utilize Azure Data bricks for big data processing and analytics.
  5. Implement data processing pipelines using PySpark.

Achieving exceptional results in this role requires a strong background in backend development, cloud technologies, and big data processing. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 8+ years of experience in backend development and 8+ years of experience with Django. Proven experience with Azure Cloud services, Azure Data bricks, and PySpark is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services is also required.
